Yeah, Rudy looks radiant in drag, and enjoying a little too much.

Rudy knew about 9/11. Remember that morning when the planes had hit but the buildings were standing: he said to reporters, "those buildings might come down, you know." He knew about real estate and must have known, steel framed buildings don't do such things. He knew, imo, but Bush didn't. That's why his plane took so long to get back to DC that day—they had to tell him the story very slowly. I talk too much, but like to know who knew and who didn't.
