What law would they change? Don't commit murder? I think we already have that one...

Good question because the media is framing the entire issue as racism. The real issue is police training, but can't go there because whoops! killer cop was trained in Israel.

US police are not trained to de-escalate and are constantly blowing out of proportion the potential dangers they face every day. The truth is they are in no danger they are in fact a danger to the public. If I put my hand on a cop who has a gun, a tazer, a camera and a shotgun in the trunk, I'm looking at 5 years minimum. That is if I survive.

Take a look at this list and try to count the amount of cops that died in a simple shoot-out with a dangerous perp. This is the ultimate "bad scenario" for cops that they are constantly harping on about.

the israelis had come to the US to train those cops https://www.mprnews.org/story/2012/06/25/minn-police-learn-from-israeli-counter-terrorism-conference

I do think being a cop is a dangerous job and more would die if they didn't use certain techniques and I don't think a knee to the back is so bad, was to his back not neck and he died due to health problems and drugs, but the thing is fishy, what he didn't need to do was hold him there for 8 minutes, But it's a hoax.

the protocol is to hold the person on their stomach until the ambulance arrives, neck pressure if necessary and all. they gave him a chance to be in the cop car. tough one.

Yeah I've seen that many times "lay down on the ground with your arms behind your back!" then they cuff the perp. They should have then scooped him up and put him in the back of a squad car but of course it was a hoax.

he was in the cop car briefly. i haven't heard an explanation for why they took him out.

Yes but those laws need to actually be applied to cops, and something is preventing that. Whatever that obstruction of justice is, it needs fixing

You mean like the ones in Minneapolis to whom the laws are being applied?
