The prosecutor is legally required to present that evidence to the court. They should lose thier license.

Something sounds off here... they generally only do a blood test if the subject refuses the breath test at the station, which the subject can see the results of immediately. Then, even if they compel a blood test, they go to a hospital to get it done and aren't in control of who gets to see those results.
