Idiot broken down car owner neglects to turn on hazard lights or put out reflective cones and then paces back and forth across the adjacent lanes of the highway making other cars less likely to swerve out of the way for fear of hitting his dumb ass.

It's hard to see stopped cars in those conditions but lots of dumb things happening. That got hard to watch because there's no flashers, no flares, no cones, nobody is using their car to block the lanes....
