ill edit this post once i find this one prominent site about all this stuff that has reports from the us gov de-classified info from like the 60's that showed undeniable evidence in worse water quality, crop poisoning, and cancer... back in the 60's and they chose to still advance the science for the chance that they may be able to use it in war.

Another thing to think about is how the clouds from china might float on over here to usa and hurt us without us at least even getting the improved rain benefits. This needs to be stopped soon or else countries with more $ will see this is a way to fix their drought problems while poisoning their downwind poorer nations that wont have the means to do much about it. Just like in the 70's they will claim its harmless while hurting crop yields.
