This is the same company that has a whole page on its website about how the word Photoshop should never be used as a verb. No company loves the smell of its own farts like Adobe.

I really want to see that case. What do they think they will gain if they do sue a user? A shit-ton of money? Prestige? Everyone will fall in line? Hell no. What will happen is that they will ruin their reputation and people will buy another photoshopping (suck it Adobe!) application. How would they even enforce that if your old photoshop app isn't cloud based? I'm fine with not having it supported as I don't need Photoshop to be updated to do what I want to do with it. I can still edit photos.
