LUCIFER telescope was announced by a German Institute, Max Planck, many years ago, and after public scrutiny, shortened the name to LUCI. Pope Francis was recently visited by the president of the Max Planck Society, strengthening their close relationship and cooperation for their telescope systems.

Lucifer is the name of God's adversary. He led the apostasy against God, pulling many originally created spirits with him. That is why we are here today on earth. We all voluntarily left God. Only through Jesus Christ the Lord may we return to God.
