Obviously the pic is lifted, but beyond that, there's a mistake in the text:

If there was an artillery attack on civies, it was UKRAINIAN. Who's stupid enough to think Putin is wasting shells on kids and civilians and thus riling the whole world up against him? Who is dumb enough to think even China, not to mention India, Brazil, and the whole BRICS bloc wouldn't be highly critical of such terrorism? Who is the drooling moron who thinks Putin wants to be everybody's enemy?

So in your mind, the ruzzian president is programming the fire controls for each artillery strike? Wow he must be a busy guy.

I would love to hear what it is you think he's doing that magically spares the children. Perhaps, in addition to programming every fire control, he's also scouting every single settlement to make sure the children have left through one of those green corridors that the BRICs love him for respecting so much

It's funny that mindless establishment sockpuppets say on the one hand that Putin is a ruthless thug and an evil dictator, but on the other hand also state that his military commit whatever atrocities they wish, thereby affecting in very major ways the geopolitical relationships of Russia with regards to the entire world, and Putin doesn't give a shit.

So when we unwrap your childish sarcasm here's what you're saying

  1. You don't want to answer for your earlier claims that Putin is somehow preventing artillery from hitting children

  2. You want to change the topic

  3. The new topic is: on the one hand Putin's a ruthless thug and dictator. On the other, he's not preventing any artillery from hitting children

  4. Normally when people make a "on the one hand" argument, they present two conflicting images. But here there's nothing exclusive about the two

  5. However your argument is presented in a way which appears the two are mutually exclusive. So, either Putin isn't a ruthless thug, or, he's truly preventing his armies artillery from hitting children and so this Ukrainian MP had to resort to using a Spanish textbook cover to trick people into thinking that the ruzzian shells are not magically prevented by Putin from hitting children.

Honestly I think I need to take these braincells back to Walmart because they're not working.

Is your argument that Putin is truly preventing shells from hitting children and that's why the OP is a true and good post.

“Thug” and “dictator” are racial slurs when directed by white terrorists like you at people of color for using force to liberate illegally occupied land. Russians are Asian, Asians are of color, and people of color have earned the right to use force to take back what whites stole from them. Russians are the indigenous people of the Donbass. That land belongs to them, and they have the right to keep it in Russian hands by every means necessary just as Israel has the right to keep Jewish land in Jewish hands by every means necessary.

Don't be ridiculous, that's not u/Alphix means. He means that the Russian army isn't deliberately targeting civilian targets, especially not children.

Its a war, and war is hell. Of course there are civilian casualties. There may even be "bad apples" who commit war crimes, no matter how virtuous the army. And let's be honest, angry, scared young men in a war zone are rarely that virtuous.

But, there is no evidence except for the Ukrainian propaganda that Russia is intentionally targeting civilians. The opposite is the case: we know beyond any doubt that Ukraine is firing unguided artillery indiscriminately at civilian targets in Donbass. We know that they are dropping illegal "petal" mines into civilian areas. Whatever crimes Ukraine does, they then accuse Russia of doing.

Amnesty International wrote a report that found that Ukraine was in violation of the rules of war by placing active combat troops and artillery in civilian buildings such as hospitals, nursing homes, cinemas and shopping centres. Of course Ukraine protested that by reporting the truth, Amnesty was doing Russia's work for them. Nevertheless, the report is still true: we have photos and video of Ukrainian military hiding in civilian buildings. If Ukraine, NATO or the US had video of Russian troops doing the same, you can bet it would be all over the news and internet.

But now you've bought it up - yes, yes they do. On Christmas Eve they shelled a town market in Kherson. They blew up a train station during evacuation. They dropped a bomb on the theatre signed 'children'. They shelled a breadline.

Yes, they target civilians to spread fear and terror, in Ukraine and Syria and Chechnya and England and the foul ruzzia itself. Go to gulagu dot net and have a look at how fear is maintained in the russia.

For months they've been exclusively targeting civilian infrastructure, to cause terror, and because they're afraid of getting into a tangle with the #1 army in Ukraine
