This is like the musings of psychopaths or narcissists. It's like pickpockets wondering how to get people to be less attentive once they realize they are being robbed. We don't trust them because of who they are and what they do. No amount of repackaging your BS will fool us for very long. Journalists used to be working class people doing a working class job. Local papers were the employers. Why we EVER trusted far-off wealthy people like Cronkite or Brinkley is beyond me, but those days are OVER.
