I don't know what you're trying to convey concerning what I said about Bolsheviks?

Just because the Bolsheviks did something doesn't mean it was wrong. They thought people eating was a good idea, and espoused ending WWI. If you did the opposite of what the Bolsheviks did, you'd fail even faster than they did and make more ethically wrong decisions.

Also, this isn't a law. Scroll down a little, or even just look it up. The text of the law is taken out of context to imply a completely different meaning to that which exists in the original text.

I know, in my other comment on this thread, I read it fully later on, and said the title was mistaken and it is more of a surviellance report for European states.
