Yep.

A problem with all the activist federalist society judges that Trump appointed, despite lack of experience and ability is judgements like this. Anyone else can click the "I think that this is misinformation" button on some social media post, but not the government ... even if it has to do with government policy, and the government is the one who would know.

But, yes, that's what we're talking about.

The same could be said for activist prosecutors and judges ruling in those cases you mentioned above.

That they've been put there by Trump despite lack of background or even skill set because they are members of the federalist society?

No it couldn't.

Trying to steal an election by sending in fake paperwork from fake electors, trying to pressure officials to falsify the vote totals or by insurrection are correctly illegal, and the prosecution of those crimes isn't due to political activism.
