1) Biden has not used the federal agencies to censor political speech. He pushed social media platforms to take down false posts about the Covid-19 pandemic and the 2020 presidential election.

2) Trump set up fake electors in seven states to steal the election, and organized a insurrection to halt the transfer of power, tried to push officials to find him 11,780 extra votes in Georgia, and that's the one that we know about because it was recorded.

Excellent points - and to that I'd add that it's a 'stunning' comment because it's so delusional - that RFK would say that about an anti-democracy Republican. But when you add up this corrupt jerk's disinformation - here - perhaps it's not so surprising.
