Biden takes payoffs from China and likely the cartels. He gets 10% of everything especially the Fentanyl profits. Why else leave the border open?

The border is almost exactly as open as it was five, ten, and fifteen years ago: not fully open, not sealed airtight.

Neither Obama nor Trump nor Biden made any significant changes to U.S. border policy. Just little stuff around the edges. There haven't been any real changes since GWB.
