The US cannot meet his demands and there is no evidence $20 billion will solve those countries problems. The US does not need Mexico to stop illegal migrants from crossing the Southern border. Biden should adopt the House's bipartisan security plan. However, the US should end sanctions against Venezuela and end the embargo against Cuba. The US should not be overly concerned with human rights. It should be acceptable if a country can provide order regardless of the type of government.

The Donald threatened to put a 100% tariff on the cars and car parts made in Mexico. That straightened out Mexico fast.
