In my legal opinion, he should get jammed in a jail with all the other terrorists who did January 6th. That way he can be surrounded by people who hate him for what he got them into and refused to pardon them for, 24/7.

Secret service can be there preventing anyone from doing violence to him, to make sure he experiences a very long life filled with despair and having his ego crushed by having his disciples view him as a contemptible liar and let down.

This is assuming the court chooses life: treason is a capital offense.
