Trump shouldn't declare victory just yet. Congress has a trick or two up its sleeve. As has already been pointed out, the nine Supremes only agreed that States can't ban candidates in a national election. From the radical left standpoint, it's up to Congress to act. They are determined to only allow candidates who will push the global fascist agenda.
