Black people know Trump is being framed by the FBI and know that he will reform the legal system when President so it can't happen to them.

If he was being framed, and this isn't ZOG kabuki theater, he'd be in jail for raping children and paying the families 30 million to shut them up.

[–]WoodyWoodPecker 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

He is accused of raping women with no evidence of the rape, but lots of accusations. Stuff that happened 30 years ago supposedly.

Who cares... your vote doesn't count in federal elections. Trump raped multiple children.

It's worth listening to if you didn't. He's generally aligned with the general arc of your comments in terms of world view.

He's not defending Trump.

He's disgusted with the deterioration of the left, and attacking the left "liberals" from the a "classical liberal" position.

It's nice to hear from you.

Nice to hear from you too.

Did you ever look into the national status thing I sent you. It's the real deal.

Here's a section of the federal law where the Sec of State will send a certificate through the secret back channels of the judiciary or similar as evidence of an "American national".

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1502

Here's the definition of "national" that's used in the law.

(21) The term “national” means a person owing permanent allegiance to a state.

The notice the small "s" state. For the 50 states. Allegiance to a state is the "state citizen".

There's another type of national called a "US national" and it's a slave to the federal govt.

D.C. The district of the god Columbia. As in, Columbia who is the man in the statue of "liberty"

They rebranded state citizens as "nationals", but left the "national" and "state" definition ambiguous.

It could mean any state, or govt, right?

The 8 UCS 1502 law removes the ambiguity, as it only applies to Americans born on the soil.

This certificate of nationality isn't available to naturalized Americans.

And it references "American national", and includes the small "s" state hyperlink. This is distinct from "US national" or "national of the United States", which can be found in other laws.

The law indicates the certificate of American nationality will be sent by the Sec of State to foreign judges or administrative proceedings.

The individual states are all "foreign" to each other.

The judges all know about this, but it's an open secret among them.

I already have the American national status.

I'm currently engaged in combat by trial, and I have overwhelming supporting evidence.

This will blow the minds of legal scholars.

I came back for this reason.

I look forward to showing you the evidence after it's been presented.
You deserve it.

Merry Christmas bro.

It doesn't matter about capitalization. I've come to learn that in Black's Law dictionary. They'll find a way to deny you the right of autonomy and have many ways of doing it.

State Citizen (state citizen) still means you're incorporated under limited agency to a regional state corporation that does have it's own statuary laws and regulations but when big daddy federal trading corp US inc butts in they all submit. We lost state inc rights 150 years ago, and before that, we lost autonomy with the signing of the Constitution, and incorporation of the 'Republic' by Association llc.

Best bet is to find unincorporated area and try to revoke all contracts with US inc, state and municipal corporations, if you're into that, but good luck!

American national status. I'm currently engaged in combat by trial, and I have overwhelming supporting evidence. This will blow the minds of legal scholars. I came back for this reason. I look forward to showing you the evidence after it's been presented. You deserve it.

Which court? You shouldn't go into all of this w/o revoking all contracts with US inc. What banks do you use? Do you pay taxes? Do you use public/state/federal incorporated roads?

[–]Tom_Bombadil[S] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Bro. There's only one nexus point with the federal govt. Birthright US citizenship is feudal law. It's voluntary servitude, because the 13th amendment outlaws involuntary servitude.

When you cancel this single contract, then it reveals the fraud by non-disclosure of the national status. And all other contacts are void, but you have to put the state and local officials on notice, because the State won't do it for you.

You have to defend your freedom, but I'm experienced, and you're quick to research for yourself and learn. Every claim I make can be independently verified in law books. It's still feels too good to be true. But it is. The greatest conspiracy ever, and the easiest to opt out of.

Fully actionable, and the world becomes yours for the taking; depending upon how far you're willing to fight for it.

Federal agencies no longer have jurisdiction, unless the law that they are acting under is "positive law" verbatim in the organic statuettes at large, passed by Congress and Senate, and ratified by the president. That makes it constitutional. Most regulations are modified by the agency rule making to manipulate it to their interests. These modified regulations are called "non positive law"and they do not apply to a national's legal personality.

All else is bullshit.

Which court?

You shouldn't go into all of this w/o revoking all contracts with US inc.

What banks do you use?

Doesn't matter. The only issues there, are related to income reporting, and I'm not obligated to pay income taxes.

Unless I own railroad stock or similar, as mentioned below. I'll never buy that garbage for obvious reasons.

See the IRS federal tax code on individuals 26 CFR 1.1-1(a): https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/26/1.1-1

Section 1 of the Code imposes an income tax on the income of every individual who is a citizen or resident of the United States and, to the extent provided by section 871(b) or 877(b), on the income of a nonresident alien individual.

Nationals who are not US citizens are non resident to the residency clause of the 14th amendment, and alien to it's [federal] jurisdiction.

Non resident alien is the labor that the IRS uses instead of [American] national.

871b and 877b are expatriation tax for giving up nationality, and tax on on income from federally chartered corporations [like railroad stock, etc.].

Note: this tax code is on individuals. An individual is a specific type of legal person.

A "person" is a legal entity to whom the law ascribes rights and duties. For example: a corporation, a trust, a individual, etc.

An individual is a specific legal person whom the rights and duties are contained within the same entity.
Individual, as in indivisible rights and duties.

This is a fact. Forget all of the I'm not a person foolishness. It's bullshit. You're an individual, as am I.

The question is, what type of legal person are you? This determines your rights, and your duties.

A citizen owes income tax, because the United States grants US citizens " civil rights" under the 14th amendment.

They receive their "civil rights" from the United States, and therefore owe that entity their duties.
Us citizens owe "permanent" allegiance to the United States.

8 USC § 1101(a)(22)

(22)The term “national of the United States” means (A) a citizen of the United States, or (B) a person who, though not a citizen of the United States, owes permanent allegiance to the United States.

This definition is intentionally misleading because a citizen of the United States is also a national. But the citizen slave status "voluntarily" surrenders the rights of these Americans, as they are "volunteering" to be US citizens.

Fraud but non-disclosure of an alternative and superior status. There's no statute of limitations on fraud.

Also, volunteering out of US citizenship is not expatriating. American expatriation is surrending your nationality for another country's slave status.

America is the only the second country in history where it's people have God-given Rights, and Constitutional protections of those Rights.**
The first was the Roman republic before the empire.

8 USC § 1101(a)(21)

The term “national” means a person owing permanent allegiance to a state.

The lower case state is important in this definition. Because "State" is defined.

8 USC § 1101(a)(36)

(36) The term “State” includes the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands of the United States, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

The United States is technically the District of Columbia.

A city-state like Rome or the city of London. But it's not independent of the United States of America. It's a political subdivision, and Congress has sole jurisdiction over DC. That's how Nancy pelosi could imprison those citizen serfs without legal recourse. They owe permanent allegiance to the United States, and they were hammered on DC soil. They're 110% at the mercy of the speaker of the House (or Congress if they wanted to push the envelope, and they won't).

US citizen have only 1 right. The civil "right" to live on American soil. In prison, or otherwise. Nothing more. Literally.

Do you pay taxes?

Not income taxes. Those are for citizens and residents. It says as much on "income taxs on individuals".

Do you use public/state/federal incorporated roads?

Hell yeah I do. MY ROADS.

I'm an American national. The Constitution is my document, and it defines the rights of the district of Columbia. An amendment could eliminate DC, and replace it, etc..

DC is a political subdivision of the United States of America.
The Constitutional states union of the American people. These states governments are still there, but they've been papered over.

US citizens are serfs, and are tied to the land.

In a monarchy, the land is tied to the monarch.

In America, the land is tied to me. And maybe someday to you, if/when you volunteer out of voluntary servitude, and claim your God-given birthright.

Bro. This is the way.

Feudal law is a bold claim, right?

Doesn't seem possible that the 14th amendment would be feudal law.

I'll prove it. The definitive case that defines what it means to be a citizen of the United States.

For future case law reference use Scholar.Google.com, and choose the "case law" option before you search for a precedent setting case.

https://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&as_sdt=2006&q=wong+kim+ark&oq=

United States v. Wong Kim Ark

Do a word search for "liege". Until you find this:

The [English feudal common law] rule was the outcome of the connection in feudalism between the individual and the soil on which he lived, and the allegiance due was that of liegemen to their liege lord. It was not local and temporary as was the obedience to the laws owed by aliens within the dominions of the Crown, but permanent and indissoluble, and not to be cancelled by any change of time or place or circumstances.

Note: a US citizen owes income tax to the United States (DC) regardless of where he lives on earth. The income tax duty is owed and "not to be cancelled by any change of time or place or circumstances" because it's a feudal right of ownership of the liegeLord over the liegeman.

And it is this [English feudal common law] rule, pure and simple, which it is asserted determined citizenship of the United States during the entire period prior to the passage of the act of April 9, 1866, and the ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment, and governed the meaning of the words "citizen of the United States" and "natural-born citizen" used in the Constitution as originally framed and adopted. I submit that no such rule obtained during the period referred to, and that those words bore no such construction; that the act of April 9, 1866, expressed the contrary rule; that the Fourteenth Amendment prescribed the same rule as the act; and that if that amendment bears the construction now put upon it, **it imposed the English common law rule on this country for the first time and made it "absolute and unbending," just as Great Britain was being relieved from its inconveniences.

The dissenting opinion of the SCOTUSA identifies that US citizenship is feudal common law, and that this occurred just as GB was eliminating the political status of an English [feudal] common law subject.

It's worth mentioning the fact that the distinction of national and citizen exists in every English common law country. And I've also confirmed this in the Netherlands.

Search for the definition of the word "nationality" in Black's Law Dictionary 2nd edition. A downloadable and searchable pdf version is at archive.com.

You'll find a very interesting detail at the end of the definition, and those who quietly carved this status out for themselves.

You won't be surprised by what you find.

Nothing to do with 'liberals'

It's surprising that anyone would vote for Trump, and especially black voters who've been demonized by Trump's KKK base during his administration and thereafter

This only shows that there are idiots of all skin colors. Moreover, the numbers did not change much between 2016 and 2020:

Black voters made up about 11 or 12 percent of the electorate [in 2016], according to the AP and Edison, respectively.

The AP found that [in 2016] 90 percent of Black voters went to Biden and 8 percent to Trump.

Edison Research determined that 87 percent of Black voters voted for Biden and 12 percent for Trump.

Both found Black men were more likely than Black women to support Trump. In the AP’s case, 12 percent of Black men voters backed Trump, compared to 6 percent of Black women; in Edison’s case, 18 percent of Black men voters cast ballots for Trump, while 8 percent of Black women did the same.

[In 2020] a survey taken by the Democracy Fund + UCLA Nationscape in late September and early October found that 21 percent of Black voters ages 18 to 44 supported Trump, while an October New York Times/Siena College national poll found that 11 percent of Black men backed Trump. Both results were in line with those of other polls, which generally found overall Black support for Trump to be around 10 percent.

It's easy to call trump voters white supremacists to get support from people who want to feel like they are on the good guys team, doesn't make it true. Some black people are smart enough to not fall for the propaganda that Republicans are out to get them

[–]youfuckingtwat 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

The issue isn't really at the level of a 12-year-old's emotions, as you seem to think Trump is unpopular simply because it's popular not to like him, or that blacks would want to support him simply because they can assume that Republicans aren't "out to get them". This is not a kids game for the vast majority of voters who have numerious imporant reasons to avoid frauds like Trump. He should be in jail.

[–]Dontcaretoday 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

So should many politicians, he's not at all unique in that. Not sure why he's hated so much that the media singles him out in particular more than anyone else. It does absolutely contribute to people thinking he's worse than he is. I don't think it's a kids game either, Trump isn't ideal, but he's definitely more competent than Biden if that's what it comes down to.
