These countries are not the US. The US does not bar a specific ethnic groups. Of course, it can bar individuals suspected of being terrorists.

The US should not bar entry to a specific group of people unless it can show that everyone in the group is a threat to the US. With Palestinians I don't see how that can be done since many Palestinians already live in the country and are good citizens.

      From https://www.voanews.com/a/middle-east_voa-news-iran_bidens-iran-travel-ban-repeal-reignites-debate-about-whether-us-can/6202745.html

Biden repealed former President Donald Trump’s travel ban on Iran and 12 other nations within hours of taking office on January 20. He said the visa restrictions on citizens of those nations, seven of them predominantly Muslim states in the Middle East and Africa, were inconsistent with a U.S. tradition of welcoming people of all faiths and undermined national security.

The US is composed of diverse groups of people. There is no specific group that has displayed disloyalty to the US.
