biden did give a speech saying just that, shortly after the hamas attack

The speech was mainly about the Hamas attack. I think there was only one sentence justifying sending aid to Ukraine. He should give a speech specifically explaining the necessity of sending aid to Ukraine. He should invite Olha Bigar to speak with him. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zwkIsnTn01E&t=20s

Biden would be more convincing if he devoted an entire speech to support for Ukraine. He could have Olha Bigar speak and Lloyd Austin could explain the military significance of supplying weapons to Ukraine.

I guess it'd seem weird if he did a speech right after the Israel attack and didn't mention that, only mentioned Ukraine.

He might. These days Biden is less popular because most of his democratic base are hamas supporters. He is probably more likely to do a speech calling for a ceasefire to appease them. The democratic base doesn't care about Ukraine, they don't care if white people are getting bombed. Doing a speech on Ukraine might please repub voters but they won't vote for him anyway.

Biden must generate support for Ukraine by explaining how the US attempted to isolate itself from the war raging in Europe but eventually was drawn in because that was the only way Hitler could be stopped. Olha Bigar could plead for help for her people and describe what it's like fighting the Russians. She should ask Americans if they want their children to experience what she saw.
