Ken Paxton has managed to drag it the case against him for securities fraud with legal delay tactics. That's the tactic of the guilty.

The bribery and corruption charges are also on solid ground. The GOP shouldn't be celebrating that there are now power structures within the party that protect the guilty.

Nobody innocent can reach the top of politics. Unless they are complete morons who are remote controlled. Once you're in you get the "do as we say or your loved ones die" speech. Not that you are safe simply because you obey XD

People certainly seem to be able to buy policy.

And someone got to most of the members who voted for impeachment.

The checks and balances due with the courts. God speed to them, but they're at risk from an AG.
