There's only one civilian mentioned in the article, Darya Dugina. And the article doesn't confirm or "celebrate" any association to Ukraine, it just says that, some other magazine reported that the USA blamed Ukraine for her killing.

Anyways - I am glad that you have such a strong care for the wellbeing of civilians

I trust you're outraged by ruzzia's terrorbombing today in Kostyantynivka which killed 17 people including a child.

I trust that every ruzzian terrorist murder of a civilian is earning far more outrage from you, than your pathetic pearl-clutching about the economist reporting that a magazine wrote that the USA blames Ukraine for Darya Dugina's murder.
