The constitution has for all intents and purposes been nullified- though it'll get dusted off now and then to enforce something against conservatives or Trump supporters.

They have always been able to do this.

For example, the judicial branch has 0 power to enforce anything. They are 9 men that sit in a circle.

It’s the executive that respects and enforced judicial decrees.

If the executive branch just starts ignoring congress, that’s a bad day.
