WE NOW HAVE A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS: The executive branch (DOJ FBI) is telling legislative branch (Congress, Jim Jordan) that Jim Jordan's subpoenas of FBI are "not enforceable". The DOJ just undermined constitutional checks and balances by saying "no" to Congress.

The constitution has for all intents and purposes been nullified- though it'll get dusted off now and then to enforce something against conservatives or Trump supporters.

They have always been able to do this.

For example, the judicial branch has 0 power to enforce anything. They are 9 men that sit in a circle.

It’s the executive that respects and enforced judicial decrees.

If the executive branch just starts ignoring congress, that’s a bad day.
