While the things mentioned seem concerning, they are kind of weak-sauced and I'm not very convinced with what was presented so far.

We were flooded with empty accusations and forgone conclusions presented as facts for the last 5/6 years of burning the country down to get Trump at any cost. That doesn't justify doing it in rebuttal.

Blanket demonizing of the federal law enforcement as a whole for the questionable acts of some, is always wrong. Even if some of those federal law-enforcement have ensured effective life sentences for simple protesting for the wrong team lately, using similar grouping as well as evidence-less foregone conclusion used as facts in court. The activist judges disregarding all court norms to take out these political targets take the real blame; they are supposed to be the objective gatekeepers of justice.

I see evidence of FBI asking social media to look into specific posts and users. There seems a reasonable chance that these social media have serious efforts to vet these accusations, even if they aren't perfect and censored the US state department's official account. It seems unsure, but very likely, based on what is presented, that neither verified these ban lists thoroughly enough to protect Americans. I suspect the FBI would argue, incorrectly, that their missions include silencing Americans. Federal agencies tend to have secret dirty interpretations of law that they internally justify overtly Unconstitutional actions with, which they would rather just not mention when backed in a corner, due to how absurd they are.

Obviously the perceived authority of the FBI leaning on social media companies will pressure them to comply without as much vetting as they should and chill responsible assessment.

It makes totally no sense why the FBI was tasked with this task, which is obviously more appropriate for an intelligence of military arm of the government. The FBI should not be dealing with maters of involving foreign adversaries. They are to enforce federal laws on national land and aren't properly trained, nor equipped for being a wannabe intelligence cock-n-dagger wannabe foreign policy enforcing brown shirt pseudo-military.

The whole attack on free speech is appalling. One could argue that ALL speech on US social media company platforms are Constitutionally protected, even from non-citizens made abroad.

All these anti-disinformation efforts are Unconstitutional and shameful comunist bullshit.
