The article keeps saying "as required by law", but the whole issue at hand that is being concerned trolled, is that it is not required by law for the Supreme Court Justices. These constant overt attacks on the Judicial branch the DNC keep doing when not getting their way, are of sufficient quantity to not appear link anything but political in nature. This is the same technique they've used on political opponents for decades.
