There's no need to discriminate based on age. If someone is too immature, they won't be able to maintain a stable source of income or live on their own. If they can, they are obviously way ahead of others at their age. If what you say is true, then why do we need a law to make it so?

No age restriction on them. And even 13 year olds can get retail and fast food jobs
