The people who created the code are the same that invented the clotshot.

The Nuremberg trials were unlawful.

They used common law trial rules against a civil law society, where following orders is a legitimate legal defense.

Germany has never had the common law court system. A foreign legal system (common law) was brought in specifically, and soley, for these show trials.

Brought in to Germany by foreign powers who believe themselves above the law.

That quote is beyond hypocritical if you understand the actual facts of the trials.

However, I agree with the moral position of the quote.

Every corporate DEI policy fails in this. We all know that if we refuse to sign on the dotted line with regard to DEI policies, even ones that directly call out white people to "do better," we'd lose our jobs. That's duress/coercion in my book.
