It means Westerners who were fooled by communism and advocated for the destruction of their own societies. The communists couldn't understand why, so they just labeled them useful idiots and moved on.

Couldn't be farther from Scott Adams, or what the poll results told us. Millions of blacks think it's not OK to be white. It's literally dangerous to be around them.
