No. I didnt argue that. I'm saying it makes it impossible to accurately research such an event.

Holodomor denial is illegal is both Ukraine, and now Germany.

And yet, the established death toll for the Holodomor continually fluctuates, and no one who changes it is prosecuted, while people who question the 6 million number can and I believe have been prosecuted.

Well a mature intelligent democracy with free speech wouldnt necessarily make opposing historical views literally illegal. If someone is wrong you prove them wrong. If a view is way outside the mainstream it shouldnt be taught in history classes, but all people should be taught to think critically and encouraged to question things.
