If you live in a red state, depends, but that is how politics are supposed to work; you govern your community by agreed upon standards. Also, simply be responsible and use birth control to avoid unwanted pregnancies. Reduce that abortion rate to the barest minimums and the most extreme cases, and you've taken that decision out of the hands of the government.
