Even if it's not more effective compared to that first generation of your Everyone-Agreeing-Utopia, the children of the first generation most likely aren't going to be in agreeance so there would be a constant need to kick out citizens and get in new ones. This type of experimental state could never possibly work.

I'm not sure you've excluded the possibility of this working. The beliefs, values and religion of ones parents and culture are the highest correlated predictors of the same qualities in the children. "Give me just one generation of youth, and I'll transform the whole world."

Are there going to be some people who dont fit the ideological mould? Sure, but if you have organized into ideologically based states, and have free movement between them, what is precluding people from moving to an arrangement that would seem to be in the best interest of the both the individuals and the communities?

and this would require a massive amount of micromanaging and bureaucracy to effectively select every citizen according to a list of criteria.

I was thinking more along the lines of simply assigning an ideology to each state and people self selecting. They would simply be choosing something like 'White-Christian-Land' or 'Rainbow-Woke-burg' instead of 'Virginia'

The goal isn't to live with people who are in a specific IQ range, with certain personality traits and it just so happens that white people are the best fit for that IQ range and set of personality traits.

Well that sounds like a personal preference, in general you are probably not wrong about fit as would apply to most people, but in my personal case I don't feel a particular attachment to whatever precisely these 'white traits' are, and think most people in general are barely sentient imbeciles with terrible values and personalities, whites included. Even if I am fundamentally at odds with only 95/100 whites instead of 99/100 of whatever other color, I'd say that sentence about 'the goal' is my fundamental reason I would not identify myself as 'alt-right' as you define it, although I wouldn't begrudge you the right to live with a bunch of white people if thats what you want.

You seem like a very intelligent guy, is it that hard for you to believe I might feel like I have more in common with a brown person with an IQ of 150 than a white person with an IQ of 100? Or a brown person of similar ideology rather than a bunch of white people whose ideology I despise? These are much harder qualities for me to find in people than whiteness, and I value them more

For all of human history conservative ruralites have provided the children while cosmopolitan (liberal) coastal urbanites have had low birthrates. Yet the ideas of the City have always dominated. Things like 'liberals aren't having kids' 'conservatives will take over America because of birthrates' etc are copes, every generation has become more anti-social, libertine etc despite the fact that according to hereditarianism every generation should be even more rural/conservative/traditional in mindset.

This is just an abstract fantasy again. This idea sounds ridiculous to literally everyone who isn't part of your liberal fantasies. Most people have no desire to be uprooted from their family, culture, traditions, homeland etc based on how they score on tests. Most people are NATURAL, meaning they live where their parents live, and where their parents before them lived. This atomised, individualistic, cosmopolitan is a symptom of the deracination that has been inflicted upon you by jews who don't want you to have an identity, a sense of who you are.

Indeed, deracination. But since you're a fan of abstractions and thought experiments:

Town 1 - 90% Black, 5% White, 5% everything else

Town 2 - Black, White, Asian, Hispanic, Arabs, Indians etc every race you can imagine all in equal value

Town 3 - 95% White, 5% everything else

Based only on seeing the racial demographics, which one are you picking to live in? Which one do you think is most likely to be according to your values, the safest etc?

No, collectivism is what steals my identity and tells me I must be one way rather than who I am. The conformity brainwashes me away and makes me the same as everyone else.

Postmodernism is the philosophy of the post-war age of the west which is characterised by a total rejection of identity because it leads to the holocaust. The jew Herbert Marcuse popularised the concept of subcultures with the intent that it would increase consumerism and take people away from 'conformism' IE being part of a monoculture (having an identity is bad because it leads to the holocaust, so cultures need to be divided and conquered into subcultures)

Watch 'The Century of the Self', it's a very good documentary on the 20th century.

My identity should not depend on what part of the world the archons had me born in this time around. Of course they want it to be, or be suppressed in some fashion. That's part of the reason I'm not doing this again.
