A full 80% of the homes in Chicago have elevated, unsafe levels of lead in their drinking water. City politicians, including Mayor Lori Lightfoot, have failed the residents and neglected this problem that is no doubt responsible for developmental delays in children and additional health problems.

Well that's why so many come to the US, south America sends it's unwanted north. Why do you think Mexico is willing to bus it's illegal immigrants north.
