Wealthy schools always had excellent outcomes. I would argue that it is because they have higher IQ students. But regardless what excuse you want to claim the fact is that there is not a measurable increase in education anywhere despite all the "advancements" in education theory.

And it doesn't matter how well some schools do. All schools would have an increase in effectiveness if the claim that colleges produce better teachers were true. If education theory were valid it would work everywhere.
