Here in Germany the separation of church and state ended in 2020. The media have become the new government sponsored church, and with it we have annulled 200 years of cultural progress. Germany is now a theocracy, very similar to Iran. The feelings of the faithful (the media sheep) are the sovereign of anything. Rule of law, separation of powers, democracy, equality before the law, all these modern achievements have been abandoned. They still exist on paper but de facto theyre obsolete.
The most obvious proof for this development is the judicial record of the Bundesverfassungsgericht (the highest court in Germany, like the SCOTUS in the USA) since 2020. A chain of absurd anti-constitutional decisions and open collusions between the judges and certain politicians.
The separation of church and state was the beginning of our modern world, and with it the modern world will end.
