Judge dismisses Trump lawsuit, by Trump and others, asking to lift Twitter's ban(s) based on free speech grounds, but the judge also left the issue open to be tried again. The Judge's opinion made it clear that he could have a case, if he'd show Twitter was acting as an arm of the government.
As Trump had previously suggested Twitter was pressured to ban him by members of Congress, providing a legal argument reasonably showing this would go a long way to get this lawsuit to be heard. Seemingly even more likely, previous rulings by federal judges in New York, declared Trump's use of Twitter a "public forum", legally preventing Trump from ignoring users based on freedom of speech grounds. This seems extremely contradictory, and to also support this case, as you can't have it both ways.
Trump may have lost interest in Twitter, or maybe that is just for show. Yet, he may have interest in continuing to pursue this case based on principle. Even with out him, several others are involved in this lawsuit, whom could refile, but considering the opinion, Trump may be the only one with a legal standing left.
