Gerrymandering has been around a long time and his black ass isn't going to put a dent into the practice.

That's the thing. He had a district because of gerrymandering. There's no clause in the Constitution, or any state constitution, that says representative districts have to be made according to racial lines. They previously gerrymandered the district so that all the blacks would have a disproportionate vote in that one area.

Now they're trying redrawing the districts so they're more even and competitive, and extremist nutbags like that racist asshole don't get elected again.

Can you imagine what the news would be if there was a small all white neighborhood complaining about their district being grouped into a mostly all black district? "Evil white nationalists don't want to be redistricted with blacks." I know this first hand, because I live in Philadelphia, and that's exactly what the local Democrats do with the small white suburbs.
