This is a given. Most people I know that voted, and voted for Biden, just voted to ensure the other didn't get in. Seems more like a popularity contest rather than true leadership.

Yep. Biden was the one that didn't offend the most people. And there was a real groundswell to remove Trump, that brought the huge turnout at the election.

Honestly, there are too many parallels between the USA today and the USSR after the 1970's. If you want to know who runs the country from the shadows you're going to have to look at the national and state level intelligence agencies. Once the USA collapses, if their's a second civil war aimed at reunification, the political machine will be headed by individuals who're former intel agents same as in the former USSR. Either way, I expect anyone who's Jewish to be scrambling towards Israel when it happens as the elites will be wanting them gone.
