At any given time half the population of that city is completely blown out on something.

Teachers really are scumbags. They have no shame in destroying their own communities simply because they enjoy working from home. Schools exist so the kids have some place to go. The kids have nowhere to go, they aren't learning or socializing, the parents can't work and still have to pay the salaries of do nothing teachers. It's absolutely disgusting.
