He's the "one guy" who communicates the will of Brazil as their foreign minister. He's telling the WEF to go sit on it and spin. They don't get to decide shit.

You mean the will of the ruling class.

In this instance I hope they resist the rest of their globalist ruling class. I wish more would. I suspect it's to garner favour with "his people".
