The original tweet was corrected after the guy was called out. It's not a covid relief bill, it's an omnibus bill, of which covid relief is one part.

So does that mean American tax payers arent giving Israel 500m they also have to pay interest on?

The bill also includes an additional 3.3 billion dollars for Israel on top of the 500m.

So far during the pandemic its been estimated each Israeli has received over 5,000 in US tax payer money, while Americans are being evicted in record numbers.

No, it doesn't mean that at all. You know that. Stop building a straw man. I simply pointed out that the title of the tweet was misleading and the title of the post was misleading.
