Well since you seem to be in the know, are the stats for 'civilians' counting ALL persons not active enemy combatants with no exceptions: ie, a bomb accidentally killing Osama bin Laden's cook instead of him would count as a 'civilian death' even though he's a true believer in the murders Osama had carried out and was actively helping them come to fruition?
