The radio scanner of the police dispatch in this case has been released online if you want to look for it. It can be hard to hear and parse the number codes going back and forth, but the call that came in did include Blake's full name and the dispatcher was able to look up his criminal record including getting violent with police and violent arms offenses.

WRT your comment below about when the police camera footage is released; remember that the footage in the Floyd case weren't released for several months and only then by someone leaking it. There may be corrupt manipulation of when the footage gets released either for or against the police. In this case, there is no body cam footage as the department can't afford the cameras.
