Work in the hood, this is pretty much how they are. No self-control. Try to address the problem, especially to some big-city liberal and you get called a racist. Then they go and vote in idiots like De Blasio that predictably destroy their city. They just don't get it.

This sort of thing is pretty much why white people fled to the suburbs.
