We may be in for an avalanche of left-leaning thought.

A couple of us have seen a variety of unexpected exiled Reddit subcultures join the open-forum fray.

It will be interesting and entertaining to see what the new class has to say about current events.

Someone here posted an article a couple of weeks ago about some extremely sophisticated bots at Reddit. These presumed bots were responding cogently, but impossibly quickly to human-posted responding counter points.

I wouldn't be terribly surprised if those scheming scumbags kicked out a sub (or two), which included a number of these sophisticated bots to mess with us.

I suppose we'll find out shortly.

I consider myself a centrist, probably a bit left of most people here on some key issues. I enjoy different viewpoints, I'm not looking to shout anyone down or insult them for not sharing my worldview. I came here not because I couldn't find people who agree with me on reddit, but because only hearing your own opinion repeated back to you isn't a conversation, it's intellectual rot.

This appears to be the stated goal of Reddit.

Welcome to the centrist fray.
