Pedophilia is kinda widespoken right now and I was banned from other places for saying this, but 12 -16 is the healthiest range to have kids. People didn't live till 30 so they started early. The idea that waiting until 30 is cool would mean extinction. It sounds fucked up, but it's not, it's the real age to have kids. Technically it's called hebophelia. I'm against it but apparent;y that's what 1000 years was. Ever read Shakespear? They where 12.
