Good for who? The people? I dont think so. For the intelligence apparatus, yeah sure. Does this mean incidents like 9/11 can be thwarted because there wont be this lack of communication between these branches? Likely not. I find it hard to believe that this is a positive thing. Most of this money will go unaccounted for as do most DOD/military budgets. This fact of unaccountability with our tax dollars should be the most infuriating thing for every American.
