You knew this was coming.

I'm not sure why it took them so long to give the people of Virginia what they wanted. I'm also not sure why they left a grandfather clause in there though, they have the votes without catering to anyone.

The people of Virginia do not want a direct violation of the Bill Of Rights.

They left the clause in there because it severely infringes on Shall Not Infringe enough as it is.

You should be smart enough to figure this out. As well as what's coming.
