Lol you could say the same of the "democracy" we have in most western countries right now.

The real problem is that powerful people have a stranglehold over the middle and lower classes, and they use all these governmental facades to facilitate that

Nah, the real problem is that the lower and middle classes won't wake up and fight against the racist retarded families that kept them divided and weak, in the name of "governance".

Too busy trying to pay for better chains with their meager minimum wages and incorporated incentives.

They work to maintain their stranglehold on certain wealthy US royalty families. The middle and lower classes are mostly just collateral.

True enough, but socialism is essentially everything bad about democracy on steroids, with only minor advantages, if any.

Yeah, and the middle-ground blending of the two is "Social democracy" like Norway/Finland have. It seems to work out pretty well
