The bell pepper I'll likely use in eggs, the serranos I don't know. My parents have a serrano plant that produces an abundant amount of peppers and we have too many of them as is. I have sauces and pickled peppers and dried peppers... Doesn't help that the wife doesn't like spicy food.

Make hot sauce. Keeps forever.

Those peppers look like my dog's penis, all red and bloody and slimy.

Try Indian rice. The Serrano won't make it too intense, lots of flavor

Did you add fertilizer at any point post-germination?

Did you struggle with any kind of parasite, fungus, or blight?

My plants get a light feeding with every watering pretty much. One of my plants has had a recurring issue with aphid eggs, and several of them have had leaf miners. The former get sprayed with neem oil and that seems to kill the eggs but the flowering gets disrupted, and the latter I have to physically remove affected leaves.

Oof, yeah. Neem oil is not entirely benign, in my experience.

They may be small, but I'm sure they pack lots of flavor.... in the form of heat.

spicy peppers?

The big one is a bell pepper, but the others are spicy serranos.
