Zelensky is a puppet with no real power. He doesn't have any control whatsoever over these militias and they literally threatened to overthrow him like Yanukovich if tried to force them to respect the Minsky Accords. Also, there's two different nazi symbols on their insignia and their leadership are all 100% avowed nazis.
