That one sticking up looks like a refill but that's a good idea.

These used to be my 'vacation' cigarettes, first bought a load of them in Venice, Italy, around 7 years ago.

I quit smoking 5 years ago but kinda miss it, had a couple of cigars this year for a change and as nice as it was, it wasn't quite the same.

I guess these are vacation ciggs for me. I usually roll my own but with flying back my machine has to be checked or they question me about it. Also got swabbed for explosives, again, anyways. Dude was swabbing my feet. Kinda a Jesus-esque moment.

I had tried to quit, but these days I don't care too much. Seems like everyone in the fam dies of cancers other than lung anyways.

better I say is: american spirits, loose leaf ..

this

pre-rolled tastes.. different.. chemical bad different.

roll-ur-own papers now are transparent.. and hardly there..

when i smoked one.. i was taken aback

the thought came.. this is a real deal ..

$60 for 6 oz is too rich for my blood. I usually buy kentucky select 5lbs at a time to roll, or if I'm feeling fancy there's wholeleaftobacco.com, I like to shred my own.

i bought the 1.41oz. pouch for 10 bucks and it lasted a week. .. that was 7 years ago

but if you already roll your own, you obviously can't save like it appeared to me coming from pre-rolled

What do you use to shred into a fine shag cut?

I have this guy: https://www.leafonly.com/tobacco-leaf/tobacco-shredders/leafonly-electric-leaf-shredder. I tried to save money by getting a hand cranked grinder but it works terribly and takes a lot of effort.

Dang, that's not cheap and 1mm is pretty thick. I'd like to use whole leaf, but strongly prefer a shag cut like Drum or Bali.

You might be able to repurpose a paper shredder, same idea, but tobacco wouldn't fit in mine.
